HTML Editor in laptop/computer or mobile

Open Notepad (in PC)

Windows 8 or later:
Open the Start Screen (the window symbol at the bottom left on your screen). Type Notepad.
Windows 7 or earlier:
Open Start > Programs > Accessories > Notepad

You can use other editor

like, Notepad ++ ,Brickets, etc....

If you want to use in mobile HTML editor 

simple Go to play store download HTML editor
in give pictures
